Impersonation: In addition to posting under their real names, they also impersonated multiple aliases to defame the company and individuals across the aforementioned platforms.
Threats and Harassment
Physical Threats: Made direct physical threats against Miles.
“I will not stop until you get your ass fucked in jail, and im committed for that to happen. You better look for a country with no extradition” – Messages to Miles Anthony.
“I will put a hit on him… 10k euro… We have your family near me” – Messages to Miles Anthony.
“Miles should be afraid of me if I find him. I’ll do some Allahu Akbar stuff to him.” – Messages in a Discord server created to promote defamation and harassment.
Doxxing of Personnel: Publicly exposed private home addresses and phone numbers of a team member and their family members (a hostile act commonly known as “doxxing”), that places them in danger given the aforementioned physical threats this team member and others have received.
